A Commitment to Care
Haven Lake Animal Hospital first opened its doors to the pets of Delaware in 1999. Since then, we have established ourselves as Kent and Sussex counties’ premier veterinarians, servicing the communities of Milford, Dover, Milton, Lewes, Rehoboth, and beyond. Our practice is focused on dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, and rodents, and our services range from routine preventive wellness and dental care to specialized surgeries and cancer treatments.
At Haven Lake Animal Hospital, it is our goal to provide our clients with compassionate and professional care. In an effort to better provide you with the service you and your pet deserve, we ask all our clients to please observe the following considerations:
- Appointment policy—Haven Lake Animal Hospital operates primarily by appointment, and we encourage our clients to schedule ahead whenever possible. However, as emergencies do arise, we will always give those cases top priority, and we ask for your understanding if a delay in your appointment is inevitable. We will always make our best effort to see each client at his or her appointed time.
- Patient arrival policy—Please be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, let us know. Additionally, for your pet’s safety (and the safety of others), please leash or crate your pet when bringing him or her into the office.
- Payment policy—We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, cash, and CareCredit.
